Trio Health Partners is seeking a Weekend In-House Nurse Practitioner to support internal medicine services within a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will build relationships with residents, families, staff, and providers, while contributing to clinical leadership.
The role focuses on proactive geriatric care, preventive medicine, and reducing hospitalizations, with no nights or on-call and flexible weekend hours.
