Job description
Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a Per Diem Lead RN for our Boca Raton office. You will manage EMR workflows from admission through discharge, ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care.
The role requires strong clinical leadership for a coordinated, patient-centered team approach. This weekend schedule—Saturdays and Sundays 5:00am to 1:30pm—supports patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues while upholding quality standards across Palm Beach and Broward
