Immediate Hiring - Medical Device Assemblers- Weekend ShiftLocation: Irvine, CAPay: $22.00 - $28.00/hrAvailable Shifts:Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM)Weekend Night Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM)Job DescriptionWe are actively hiring Medical Device Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with medical device assembly, cleanroom, microscope inspection, electronics assembly, or other detail-oriented manufacturing experience.In this role, you will assemble and package high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and FDA-regulated manufacturing procedures. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and the ability to perform precise assembly work with small components.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and package medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.Follow work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices.Read and interpret assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation.Complete production documentation accurately.Operate basic electrical and mechanical production equipment.Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and quality standards.Work effectively in a team environment while meeting production goals.Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of medical device assembly, cleanroom, electronics assembly, or related manufacturing experienceExperience working in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferredStrong manual dexterity and ability to work with small componentsExperience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, or measuring devicesAbility to read and follow detailed work instructionsBasic computer skills for documentation and production trackingHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityWork EnvironmentWork in a cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environment producing life-changing medical products. Employees perform detailed assembly and packaging tasks using hand tools, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment while adhering to strict quality and cleanliness standards. This role offers opportunities to learn multiple departments and develop new technical skills.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
