Job description
Laukoa is seeking MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs to support NY Army National Guard medical readiness across New York. Work is primarily on weekends with some weekdays, at varying sites; all roles are part-time and as-needed.
Responsibilities include PHAs/MHAs, medical-record review, interviews, referrals, and MEDPROS documentation using CAC. HIPAA compliance and background checks are required; positions involve multiple NY locations.
