Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama, seeks a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) to oversee the Baylor weekend night shift in the Surgical ICU. The CANM leads shift operations, ensures high-quality care, and optimizes patient flow by coordinating with Nursing Operations leadership and frontline teams.
The role requires an RN with a BSN preferred, Alabama RN licensure (or NLC), BLS, and at least one year of RN experience.
