Job description
Aviata Health Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to serve as the weekend leader for internal medicine at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to provide comprehensive care for short- and long-term residents.
Responsibilities include new admissions evaluations, discharge planning, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Requirements include a Florida NP license (APN) with DEA, and a Master’s degree.
