As a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each resident and patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for patients and their families, always prioritizing their comfort and well-being
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families

Requirements
Current LPN licensure and CPR certification
Experience, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
