Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Weekend OASIS Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health visits across our Connecticut service area. In this field-based role, you’ll complete comprehensive OASIS assessments, deliver evidence-based nursing care, manage complex patients, and coordinate services with a multidisciplinary team.
