Job description
Sigma Health Rehab in Bath, NY is actively seeking a weekend Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team at the Steuben Center in Bath. You will evaluate residents and develop rehab plans, coordinating care with a skilled therapy team to support resident mobility and independence.
