Job description
Bay Cove Human Services seeks a per-diem Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and clinical consultation for Cape Cod CCS/CBHC clients. The role supports continuity of care through discharge coordination and warm handoffs, with in-person or telehealth coverage as required.
Ideal candidates hold a MA ARNP license with PMHNP certification and DEA, and are prepared for on-site shifts with occasional telehealth.
