Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.ResponsibilitiesPerform pressure washing services for residential and commercial propertiesOperate and maintain pressure washing equipment.Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.Maintain a clean and organized work area.RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordMust be 21 years of age or olderExperience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred)Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipmentPhysical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditionsGood communication and time management skillsMust pass a background check and DMV record checkMust be able to work WeekendsBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance401KPTO
