Job description
Cornerstone Clinical Partners is a physician-led medical group focused on skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. This on-site, part-time weekend role supports residents with primary care and collaborative care planning.
The Primary Care NP/PA will conduct exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, and work with facility staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting safety and dignity for residents.
