We're a nurse-led team providing one-on-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes. Our nurses build meaningful, consistent relationships with the people they support, with regular ongoing schedules rather than constantly rotating between cases.
Current Opportunity: Weekend Private Duty Nurse
We are currently seeking an RN or LPN for an ongoing private-duty nursing assignment in Chicago, IL 60605.
Location: Chicago, IL 60605
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday – Day Shift
Status: Ongoing / Consistent Weekend Assignment
Pay: $38–$40/hr for LPNs | $40+/hr for RNs, based on experience and case complexity
Setting: Private home
Care: One-on-one nursing care
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent weekend schedule with an ongoing client relationship.
What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one nursing care in a private home setting
Provide medication management and routine nursing support
Monitor the client's condition and communicate changes appropriately
Follow the client's established plan of care
Build a professional, trusting relationship with the client and family
Collaborate with Broad Street's Nurse Case Managers and care team
Provide consistent care across regularly scheduled weekend shifts

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an RN or LPN who:
Is licensed in Illinois and authorized to work in the U.S.
Has experience in home care, private duty, hospice, or a similar setting
Is dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent weekend schedule
Is compassionate, professional, and collaborative
Values building a long-term relationship with a client and family
Is comfortable providing independent, one-on-one care in a private home
