Job description
Rocky Mountain Care Hospice in Salt Lake City is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend PRN hospice care. You will provide skilled nursing visits, patient assessments, and comfort-focused care in the home setting.
This role requires an active Utah RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Prior hospice or home health experience is preferred, with patient-centered communication a must.
