Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Oakdale, NY, to deliver high-quality resident care on weekends.
You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document in NetHealth EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
