Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing.Requirements for Physical Therapists PT – Physical Therapy Assistant PTA:A valid New Jersey Therapist license and a minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist.
