Job description
Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough, a member of Empath Health, seeks an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hillsborough County team with the ability to travel across the service area, covering hospitals and the field (homes, ALF, LTC).
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 10AM–10PM. You will assess eligibility for Empath Health Network of Care and complete admissions according to care program specifics and patient needs.
