Job description
Piedmont Healthcare in Fayetteville, GA is looking for a part-time Care Manager to coordinate care and manage the discharge process for patients. The role requires strong nursing experience and offers shifts on weekends, working 12 hours from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Applicants must be graduates of a Nursing Program with a valid RN license in Georgia. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and experience with InterQual or Milliman.
