Job description
UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an RN Case Manager for weekend coverage (Fri–Sun). You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care transitions, and ensure timely discharge planning to optimize patient throughput.
The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing degree, Texas RN licensure (NLC) and BLS. Preference given to Bachelor of Nursing and 2 years in an acute care setting.
