Amedisys is seeking a Weekend RN Case Manager to join our home health team in Tulsa, OK. The role covers Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts plus additional weekday hours. You will assess patients, coordinate care with the nursing team, and ensure plans of care are followed.
