Job description
Amedisys is seeking a Part-Time Weekends RN Case Manager in the Williamsville area to assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective home health. This role includes supervising LPNs and HHAs and performing on-call duties as needed.
Must have an RN license in the relevant state, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Weekend availability required.
