Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor-RN to provide weekend leadership for our nursing team. You will coordinate patient care, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
You will manage staffing and assignments, support evidence-based practice, mentor nurses, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to maintain Mercy's culture of compassion.
