Job description
DOCS Health in Connecticut seeks Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors delivering health readiness services to military members. Most work occurs on weekends, with occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in CT.
Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing medical histories, interviewing service members, identifying urgent concerns including behavioral health, and documenting results in the client system.
