Job description
Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group family, seeks a Weekend Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate the plan of care with physicians and the care team.
Texas RN licensure, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for weekend/on-call shifts are required. Compensation ranges from $79,222 to $118,833 annually with per-visit and hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
