Job description
Moses Lake Assured Home Health, part of the Optum family, seeks an RN to provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes in Washington. You will coordinate plans of care, collaborate with physicians and the health team, and ensure continuity of care for patients and families.
The role requires an unrestricted WA RN license, 1+ year of home health experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication and adaptability are essential.
