Job description
Illinois Home Health, part of the LHC Group and an Optum family partner, is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse to provide and direct in-home nursing care per physician orders and policy. You will coordinate the total plan of care with other health professionals, patients, families, and community resources.
You will join a team dedicated to compassionate care, ensuring continuity of patient care through timely communication, assessments, and documentation.
