Job description
Advocate Health’s Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Float Pool. You will join a 132-bed facility with a 36-hour work week under a 0.9 FTE weekend program, rotating Fri/Sat/Sun shifts and contributing to cross‑unit coverage across med/surg, progressive care, ED/ICU, and other areas.
The role emphasizes flexible care delivery, patient safety, and strong clinical collaboration within a growing team.
