Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time Weekend Registered Nurse in Oregon to perform skilled nursing visits and coordinate patient care in the home setting. The role requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) and acts as the primary contact for all disciplines involved in patient care.
The RN will perform OASIS collection, monitor labs, and collaborate with physicians to ensure timely and accurate care plans.
