Job description
The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and uphold high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, performing administrative duties, and maintaining a continuous QA program, while coordinating nursing services to ensure the resident’s total regimen of care.
