Job description
The Wesley Community seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend coverage (Fri-Sun, 7p-7a). You will supervise CNAs/LPNs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure DOH compliance and high-quality resident care. Strong clinical assessment and SBAR communication to Providers are essential.
Responsibilities include staffing, admissions, wound care, IVs, and family communication. Prior supervisory experience and LTC background are preferred; competitive benefits apply.
