Job description
YMCA of Southern Maine seeks a Leader on Duty (LOD) to provide on-site leadership during weekend operations, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for members and staff and serving as the primary contact for staff, members, and emergencies when other leadership staff are not present.
This role requires experience handling high-risk situations, de-escalation skills, and independent decision-making to respond to mental health crises, behavioral emergencies, and incidents involving escalation
