Secretary - Part Time WeekendsMarjorie Doyle Rockwell Center is looking for a Secretary to join our team working Part Time Weekend hours. Apply now to become a part of our caring and compassionate team!Our Secretary role oversees reception, general communication, and administrative support functions of the facility, including all aspects of phone reception, visitor reception, assistance with bulk mailings, typing, communication, and other services as needed for all departments.Tasks including but not limited to:Answering incoming telephone callsInteracting with residents and family members in a professional and personable mannerFacilitating communication between departments, such as different units and with support servicesAssisting all departments with various tasks as assignedOverseeing mail distributionRequirements:High school diploma or GED RequiredMinimum of 3 years reception experienceInteraction with geriatric population preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPay Range: $17.25 - $22.99Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
