Job description
Unarmed Security OfficerWe are seeking a dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide security coverage at a facility in Coraopolis, PA. This is an entry-level, part-time weekend position that is ideal for individuals looking to begin or continue a career in security. The selected candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment through routine patrols, access control, and observation.Location: Coraopolis, PAPay: $17.00 per hourSchedule: Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the facilityConduct routine interior and exterior patrolsMonitor the premises for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized accessControl access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendorsRespond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergenciesComplete accurate daily activity logs and incident reportsEnforce site policies and procedures in a professional and consistent mannerCommunicate effectively with supervisors, site personnel, and emergency responders when neededHelp maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and the propertyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior security experience is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorReliable, dependable, and punctualAbility to remain alert and observant throughout the shiftAbility to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting routine patrolsWe are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer service while helping maintain a safe and secure environment.
