Job description
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Lead Crew Member to train and supervise restaurant crew across all stations, ensuring consistent hospitality and efficiency during shifts. You will coach staff, monitor station performance, and assist with inventory and labor management in a fast-paced cafe.
Ideal candidates have prior food service experience, a Serv Safe certification or plan to obtain it within 30 days, and legal eligibility to work in the US.
