Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor – Make a Difference Every Night!

Weekend Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Part-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff during the weekend shift
Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence
Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care
Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours
Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike
What You Bring:
Valid RN or LPN license in VA.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills
Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude
