Job description
3STEP Sports (Zero Gravity Basketball program) seeks a Weekend Event Staff – Site Director to serve as the on-site liaison during events. You will enter scores, answer customer questions, post videos and photos, and ensure proper money handling while coordinating with coaches, referees, and facility staff.
Events run on weekends during the spring and fall seasons. You will oversee setup and breakdown, manage other staff, keep courts running on time, and report issues to the Tournament Director,
