Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for weekend, per diem home health visits in Anne Arundel County, MD. The role requires Home Health and Medicare Oasis experience, plus at least one year of PT practice in a home care setting.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, treat, and educate clients in their homes, documenting care with state-of-the-art EMR tools and delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy.
