Job description
Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Weekend Home Health RN to perform Start of Care admissions in the Twin Cities area. You will assess new patients in home settings, complete OASIS, educate families, and establish initial plans of care.
This weekend-only role offers $200 per Start of Care visit plus mileage reimbursement, with opportunities to supplement income or take on admissions on your terms while maintaining your existing schedule.
