The Greens at Weaverville is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team for weekend shifts .

What You'll Do
As an LPN or RN , you will:
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
Support and oversee Nursing Assistants as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Help create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment
What We're Looking For
Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
Current CPR Certification
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts
