Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Weekend Warrior Program !
Earn an additional $3.00 per hour Weekend Warrior differential , on top of applicable shift differentials, while enjoying a weekend-focused schedule that keeps your weekdays open.

RN / LPN Weekend Warrior Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Weekend Warrior Program, you will provide high-quality nursing care while helping ensure our residents receive the support, dignity, and attention they deserve.
What You'll Do:
Provide nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout your shift
Qualifications
Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
