Job description
Ridge Point Community Church is seeking a Production & Technical Director to oversee audio, visual, lighting, and streaming across weekend services and events in Holland, MI. You will lead and empower technical teams to deliver worship experiences with excellence and faith-driven creativity.
Responsibilities include directing all AVL operations, coordinating volunteers, evaluating tech changes, and maintaining LED/video systems for large-scale gatherings and livestream broadcasts.
