Job description
Signature HealthCARE of South Pittsburg Rehab & Wellness Center seeks a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures. You will assist residents with ADLs, supervise nursing assistants, document accurately, and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in Tennessee, CPR/BLS preferred, 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and familiarity
