Compensation
$50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)

What You'll Do
As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll be responsible for: Installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems
Performing panel upgrades, service upgrades, and troubleshooting
Running wiring, conduit, and completing rough-in and trim-out work
Ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
Communicating clearly with customers, builders, and team members
Maintaining a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Completing job documentation accurately and on time
You'll be trusted to deliver high-quality work with professionalism and pride.
What You Bring
We're looking for electricians who take pride in their craft: Journeyman Electrician license (required)
2-5+ residential electrical experience (required)
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
A professional, safety-focused mindset
