Job description
UC Health in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a full-time Weight Management Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for UC Medical Center. You will provide specialty pharmaceutical services within the Pharmacist Care Clinic, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and support drug therapy optimization for weight management patients.
The role requires an ASHP-accredited residency, PharmD preferred, Ohio licensure, and 1 year of relevant experience.
