Join our team at the Soul Center YMCA , a unique wellness-focused facility featuring a welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful indoor saltwater pool!We are seeking a motivated Member Services Team Member to join our Welcome Center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests—creating a positive, welcoming experience while helping individuals and families connect to everything the YMCA has to offer. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and program participants both in person and over the phoneWelcome members with a friendly, engaging approach that supports member satisfaction and retentionGive tours to prospective members and promote YMCA memberships and programsBuild meaningful relationships and help members connect to programs that support their goalsAssist with membership updates, questions, and general inquiriesAddress concerns professionally and escalate issues when neededFollow YMCA policies and procedures related to member servicesMonitor locker rooms as needed and respond to emergencies appropriately What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for customer service and community engagementAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-oriented attitudeCommitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive member experience Why Work at the YMCA?
