Weld AssemblerNow hiring for a Weld Assembler Location: Berea, KY Pay Rate: $15.50 – $15.90 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime mandatory as needed 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Looking for Weld Assembler jobs in Berea where your welding skills help build quality products? This opportunity lets you apply your craftsmanship to fabricate, join, and repair metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.Job DutiesOperate various welding machines including spot, projection, MIG, and TIG weldersLoad parts into welding machines and initiate weld cycles using machine controlsRemove completed parts and inspect for weld quality and defectsPerform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standardsComplete production and quality-related documentation accuratelyFollow workplace safety procedures and production requirementsEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.Experience RequirementsEntry-level positionExperience performing welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals. Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of welding equipment setup, welding techniques, and safe operating procedures. Ability to accurately measure, fit, and prepare materials prior to welding. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift. Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
