Job TitlePlacement of parts on weld fixtures for machine to weld. Remove parts and place in finished goods container. Make QC checks as documented by quality.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesMust be hand/eye coordinated Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions Must be able to load and unload weld fixture Must be able or take appropriate training to check parts on gage fixturing according to Quality Inspection Reports Must be able to do visual inspections of parts as they come off the weld machine and pack into finish goods container Must work well in a team environmentRequired ExperienceComplete orientation instructions On the job training per for assigned assetsRequired Safety EquipmentKnit gloves, protective sleeves, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoesEducational Skills RequiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredTraining RequiredOn the job Any specific training identified by management Specific to assigned weld assetPhysical Job Requirements – All JobsMust be able to sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basis Must be able to work overtime as needed, 10 hour or 12 hour shifts Must be able to stand 10–12-hour shifts daily Must have physical dexterity
