Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Weld Robot Operator to run and support robotic welding cells in our precision sheet metal facility in Alto, GA. In this role, you will load and secure parts, monitor automated weld operations, perform basic programming adjustments, and inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy. You will follow strict safety and quality standards, complete basic equipment maintenance, and communicate issues to supervisors and engineers. This position offers hands-on experience, skill growth, and the chance to contribute to continuous improvement in a team-focused environment.
