Welder/FabricatorSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime: Friday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM Pay: $25 to $30Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled MIG & TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating parts by interpreting layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience in fabrication, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks to support production.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate parts according to layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructionsPerform set-up to fabricate parts and assembliesCollaborate with welders to assist in the fabrication of partsOperate forklifts, hoists, hand and power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torches, and related equipmentInspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specificationsRead, interpret, and follow job order specifications, drawings, and work ordersCross-train and perform work in other areas as neededInspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and functional operationComplete a variety of complex fabrication tasks as requiredQualifications1-5 years of MIG & TIG welding and fabrication experienceAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and work ordersStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailForklift experience a plusMust be able to pass a drug testCompensation & BenefitsPaid holidays and vacation401(k) with company matchHealth insuranceTool credit allowanceYearly bonuses
