Welder - 1st Shift

Salary Range $21.50 - $27.34 Hourly Category Manufacturing

Oregon, IL | $21.50–$27.34/hr based on experience | Annual Bonus Eligible

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (Daily overtime opportunities + voluntary Saturday overtime) 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | 40–50 hours per week

What You'll Do:

Perform MIG welding using standard tools and equipment

Construct components and parts from standard materials

Follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions

Ensure quality standards are met through accurate, timely work

Support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area

Qualifications

What You Bring:

General knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading (preferred)

Ability to use precision measuring tools (required)

Willingness to learn through hands-on experience or on-the-job training

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs

Ability to install 60 lb spools of wire on welding equipment

Occasionally lift loads up to 75 lbs
